Allu Arjun eyes the Kollywood market

Star hero Allu Arjun now wants to extend his popularity in Kollywood!

With the latest multi-starrer Vedam set for release on June 4, Allu Arjun says that his films have considerable sway in Karnataka, while the dubbed versions in Malayalam are doing extremely fine.

“The only thing is that my films are yet to reach Tamilnadu. For this, I prefer to do bilingual films. The foray might begin with my next film Badrinath. At the present time, it is very much essential for a hero to expand his base to the maximum extent,” he said.

Allu Arjun said that a lot of care should be taken in the selection of the stories for the bilinguals in Telugu and Tamil and that the script should match both the tastes. He observed that though the budget might blow up sometimes, it would sure bring sufficient revenues. He further opined that the commercial ads would also help an artiste to consolidate his market.
